Oral Presenter Guidelines
All oral presenters must provide their final presentation via email to by Wednesday, 2019. Presentations should be provided in PowerPoint (16:9 format), and the presentation will be loaded on a PC laptop run from the tech table in the back of the session room. Personal laptops may not be used. Failure to submit your presentation as indicated may result in technical errors or mission graphics for your presentation. 
  • All oral abstract presentations are 7 minutes, with 2 minutes of question and answer time.
  • Arrive to your presentation room 15-minutes prior to the session start time to familiarize yourself with the microphone, slide advancer, and stage set-up.
  • Please be seated at the front of the presentation room in the row reserved for speakers.
  • The Session Chairs will introduce you and monitor the length of the presentation. 
  • A speaker timer will be visible from the podium.
  • A laser pointer and slide advancer will be available at the podium for your use. 
  • All mobile phones must be turned off while you are presenting. 
Poster Presentation Guidelines
  • Poster presentation space is limited to the dimensions of 44 inches x 44 inches (112 cm x 112 cm). 
  • Push pins will be provided to affix your poster to the display board.
  • All posters must remain up for the duration of the Conference.
  • At least one of the authors must be present at your poster during the poster session on Sunday, April 14. 
Suggested Poster Format
  • Poster numbers will be provided onsite. Poster numbers will be placed above your poster; you do not need to leave room on your poster for your poster number.
  • Posters should be easily read at a distance of 1.5 meters (5 feet).
  • A poster printed on one large sheet of foldable fabric or matte/semi-gloss paper is encouraged. 
  • Include the title of the presentation in large letters, the authors' names, and the institution(s) where the work was completed at the top center of the poster.
  • Introduction and Summary/Conclusions sections are highly recommended.
  • Lines of text should be double-spaced.
