2019 Consortium Members Meeting Trainee Investigators Awardee Poster Session

The submission site is now closed and submitting authors were notificed of their acceptance and award status on Friday, February 8.

For the 2019 Consortium Members Meeting, there is a new opportunity for trainees from member institutions to display and discuss original research or implementation and results of an innovative educational, policy, or clinical program pertinent to integrative health. Due to a generous sponsorship from the Samueli Foundation, we are pleased to offer awards for trainee investigators to support their travel to present a poster at the 2019 Members Meeting.

In order to receive a travel award, a Trainee Investigator (defined as an individual who is currently enrolled as a student in a BA, Masters, PhD, MD or other doctoral program, or a post-doc, resident or fellow) must be primarily responsible for the work being done as described in the abstract, and be prepared to attend the 2019 Members Meeting to present their work.

Acceptance of Submissions

Individuals submitting abstracts agree that by having their abstract accepted, they will attend the conference and present their abstract as scheduled. The presenting author should be prepared to answer substantive questions about all aspects of the data. If a change in the presenters’ ability to present occurs, the presenter is asked to contact the conference organizer immediately at MembersMeeting@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

Publication

Accepted abstracts may be published in the 2019 Members Meeting materials, and by submitting, authors consent to abstract publication.

Copyright

By submitting an abstract, authors and co-authors agreed that the submitted abstract can be published in the conference materials and shared broadly. Abstracts will not be published or made public until one week prior to the start of the meeting.
